The following are the terms and conditions of the refer a friend offer;
The referred friend shall be known as ‘new user’
The offer shall be known as ‘bonus payment’
You must contact us to receive a unique promotional code and checkout link.
To qualify for bonus payment, new user must use your unique promotional code or your checkout link provided.
You must currently be a subscriber of Wink TV at the time of referral to receive the full $5 USD credit (bonus payment) for each referral. Non-subscribers are paid 60% of the bonus payment for each referral ($3 USD).
Each sign up is considered complete after new user starts their second of service.
Payments will be issued using PayPal friends and family or Interac E-Transfer in Canada.
If you choose the Interac E-Transfer option, Your bonus payment will be made in Canadian Dollars equal to the current conversion from US Dollars, minus any conversation fees.
Bonus payments will be issued up to 5 weeks after the start of the new user’s second month of service.
We reserve the right to cancel any payments that we believe were conducted fraudulently.
If a chargeback occurs during the new user’s first 45 days of service, The bonus payment will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel, revoke, modify or change the terms of the offer, and/or the offer itself at any time.
In the event of unforseen circumstances, Including (but not limited to) the discontinuation of our operations, Any owed Bonus Payments will be fortified.
To receive bonus payment your PayPal account must be able to receive US or Canadian Dollars. Any conversation fees will be deducted from the bonus payment.
There is a limit of 10 referrals per month, per user. A month starts at 2:01am (EST) on the 1st day of the month and ends at 2:00am (EST) on the 1st day of the (following) month.
By agreeing to these terms, You forfeit the right to legal proceedings. Instances of claims against Wink TV regarding the refer a friend offer (or bonus payment) will be settled by third party arbitration, selected at our choosing.
This promotion ends December 1st, 2026 at 2:00am (EST) unless otherwise stated. All new users must sign up for 1st month of service on or before that date and time. Bonus payments will be issued in accordance to the specified time outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
